Notice to Members re: Software Upgrade - October 5, 2014


On October 5, 2014 Alberta One-Call will be upgrading the software used to create and transmit tickets. There are several changes that affect members and their ability to accept tickets from Alberta One-Call.

This document outlines changes that will affect members and advises members how to request ticket testing. Testing of outbound tickets will take place between July 15 and September 12.

All members are asked to review the document and to arrange to participate in testing to ensure that they can continue to receive tickets from Alberta One-Call without disruption to service after October 5.
